Adult Ballet Online Classes

Pre-Pointe and Pointe Class


These lessons are designed for students wanting to start or progress their pointe work in a safe and holistic manner. The class will incorporate pre-pointe exercises to develop ankle strength and stability and establish correct placement. A key focus of these lessons is helping dancers to identify their personal development areas, manage their hypermobility and prevent injury.

The lessons will include warm-up exercises, barre work and centre exercises. Exercises can be modified or adapted to suit different levels of experience. You are welcome to attend live or purchase a recording. Recordings are available for 7 days.

General Class

This class takes place on weekday lunchtimes on an ad hoc basis. Whether you are relatively new to ballet or have more experience, this class provides a welcoming space for you to enjoy moving from the comfort of your own home.

The class will include a full-length barre and centre exercises which can be modified to suit your home environment. If you are keen to develop a more regular practice, but struggle with consistency or fitting classes into your busy schedule, this is a brilliant way to keep moving throughout the week. Our virtual classes are always recorded and shared with attendees, so rewatch the lesson throughout the week if you would like to revisit particular exercises or simply keep up with your practice!
