WHAT TO EXPECT:

Welcome the arrival of spring with a rejuvenating, mindful half-day retreat offering a blend of gentle yoga, somatic practices, and creative journaling. This workshop is designed to guide you through a journey of renewal and awakening, helping you align with the season’s energy of rebirth, growth, and transformation. Whether you're looking to reset after a busy start to the year or simply want to take time to nourish your body and mind, this event offers a supportive space to turn inward and set intentions for the months ahead.

Schedule Overview:

  • 3:30 - 3:45pm | Settle in and get cozy
    We’ll begin with a gentle welcome. There won’t be any awkward ice breakers—just a simple, grounding opening circle to set the tone for the afternoon.

  • 3:45 - 4:30pm | Gentle energising Yoga Flow
    A calming yet invigorating flow to connect you to breath and body. We will use gentle twists, stretches and expansive poses to open up space and create ease in the body.

  • 4:30 - 4:40 | Short break and snacks
    Rest on your mat, enjoy a warm herbal tea or say hello to fellow attendees before we dive deeper into the workshop.

  • 4:40 - 5:30 | Dreamscape visioning and Creative Journalling
    Explore your inner landscape through guided visioning session set to soothing nature sounds. Reflect on what you wish to release and what’s ready to bloom as we step into spring. Through reflective prompts, we’ll help you to channel your insights and intentions into a handwritten letter to your future self.

  • 5:30 - 6:00pm | Embodied movement and Somatic Integration
    Decorate your dreamscape letter with some dried spring flowers and fresh herbs, covering it with nature’s gifts before sealing it in an envelope to keep with you throughout the season. Then, deepen into your experience with a somatic practice incorporating breathwork, slow movement and mindful touch, grounding your intentions into the body.

  • 6:00 - 6:25pm | Closing circle & Tea Ceremony.

    Our half-day retreat will close with a tea ceremony, where you will have the option to share your insights, reflections and intentions with others (if you wish). Relax with some organic cherry rose tea, (sourced from Foshan and Guangzhou, China) while wrapped in soft blankets and cushions.

    This half-day retreat is open to anyone seeking a quiet space for reflection and self-care, no prior yoga or journaling experience is needed. It’s an opportunity to unwind, recharge, and prepare for the upcoming season.
