We’ll begin with a gentle welcome. There won’t be any awkward ice breakers—just a simple, grounding opening circle to settle in and get comfortable.10:45 - 11:00 | Pranayama (Breathwork) and Myofascial Release
We will begin with the ancient practice of pranayama, guiding you into a calm and connected state through conscious breathing. This will be followed by gentle myofascial release, helping to relieve neck and shoulder tension in the fascia11:00 - 11:30 | Soma Flow: Somatic Movement and Yoga Fusion
Engage in a soothing blend of somatic movement and yoga. This slow, flowing practice encourages you to explore your body from the inside out, focusing on sensation and mindful movement rather than physical performance. Expect gentle, intuitive motions designed to relax the nervous system and foster a deep connection with your body.11:30 - 12:15 | Mindful Intention Setting and Reflective Journaling for the New Year
Take time to privately pause and reflect through guided journaling prompts that explore themes of embodiment, presence, and new beginnings. In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to dive inward and set intentions for the year ahead. This can be about anything - it certainly does not have to be ballet related.12:30 - 13:15 | Yin Yoga
Our retreat will close with a peaceful yin yoga practice. Using long-held, passive poses, you’ll sink into deep rest and relaxation. Soft blankets and cushions will ensure comfort. We may share some calming readings to guide you through this meditative journey.
